It is good to praise the Lord and make music to your name, O Most High, proclaiming your love in the morning and your faithfulness at night, to the music of the ten-stringed lyre and the melody of the harp.
- Psalm 92:1-3

Virtual Guest Choir Series
During this peculiar season, a season of quarantine, a season when we are necessarily separated to take care of each other and ourselves, and a season when it is important to find new ways to stay connected, we are excited to explore musical relationships through Christ Church Charlotte.
The Episcopal Church has a rich musical tradition. Congregational singing, choral music, contemporary ensembles, songs and chants brought to us from far and wide are integral to our experience of corporate worship, the time each week when our corner of the Christian community gathers together for prayer and praise. As we are currently recording all parts of our worship service from remote locations, we have the unique opportunity to invite far-away friends to help lead our worship with beautiful music recorded before the pandemic.
This series offers a chance to get to know the musicians and organizations whose work inspires us. The musicians and organizations will be highlighted in Worship and then we have the opportunity to learn more!
Each musician and organization highlighted in Worship has with it an extended interview with our own Music Director, Ben Outen. View the videos below to engage with these wonderful musicians!
