God is calling you. Christ Church has prayerfully, thoughtfully and joyously designed a way that will help us, in Micah’s words, do justice, love kindness and walk humbly with God. To meet Him at the intersection of heaven and earth, going beyond simply offering charity to doing work that begins to change not only lives but entire corners of the world. It’s called The Micah Initiative and there are three distinct paths of action. From the youngest child to the wisest sage, we’re offering opportunities for all to participate. Answer the call and a richer, more magnificent relationship with God awaits you.

As you might imagine, building an army of energetic and compassionate volunteers is no simple task! We plan to use electronic communication tools, such as the website and email, in order to get the information to you faster and without the unwanted expense of postage. 
  
Additionally, we are aware some email programs may have spam filters that trapped our emails. Please make sure that emails from Christ Church are accepted by your email program. Additionally, some of the email addresses we have on file for some volunteers are not accurate. So, when you sign-up, be sure to provide a current and accurate email address for every volunteer.

How to Get Involved:

1. Fill out a card online or in person and return it to the front desk receptionist.
2. Someone will contact you via email with details about your area of interest and the training classes needed to get started.
3. Choose your training dates, contact us with this information to make sure you are registered.
4. Complete your training and begin your path of action.
