Godly Players
Trained parishioners serve as assistants and/or storytellers who present Godly Play stories to children during the 8:45 services. Assistants typically serve twice a month; storytellers tell stories once or twice per month. Training provided by Godly Play Coordinator.
Sunday School Teachers (2's-6th grade)
Four lead teachers with two assistant teachers provide a nurturing and fun environment in which children learn Bible stories, make crafts, and become part of our faith community. Lead teachers typically teach once a month; assistants serve twice a month. Teachers are trained and supported by the Christian Education Director and staff. Commitment is for one full year (with request for consideration of two year commitment in one grade).
Musicians (Sunday School hour)
Adults and/or children are invited to share their musical talents with children (ages 2-4th grade) by playing instruments and singing during Sunday School music time. Participants are invited to share their talents each week or just once during the year.
He, She, We & God Leaders
Trained parishioners help lead this remarkable weekend for 5th graders while they explore their God given "maleness" and "femaleness".
