He, She, We, and God
He, She, We and God is a unique opportunity to place the gift of sexuality within ur Christian Faith. The program is designed especially for our fifth grade "tweens" - (not yet teenagers, they are in be "tween") and their parents. It is a unique opportunity to discuss the gift of sexuality within our faith community. The leaders for the event are parishioners who are committed to making a connection with the tweens and helping them to see that our community is interested in them during these important years of growth and change. The topics include: sexuality as a gift from God; changing relationships; media, peer and family pressure; male and female reproductive systems and processes; prenatal development and birth; physical and emotional changes of puberty; assertive behavior, and hot topics.
