Christ Church offers educational programs and small groups of opportunities designed to help you on your spiritual journey. We offer Bible Studies, Small Groups, and workshops. Whether you prefer large lecture classes, small group Bible studies or short series, you can find classes for adults on Wednesday Nights, Sunday Mornings and through the week.

Life Matters
Location: M207/208
Educational and fellowship opportunities for healthy and holy living. Topics for the winter and spring include "Sages: Important Conversations to Have with Your Adult Children," "Keeping Your Brain Healthy," "Adult Children: Important Conversations to Have with Your Parents," "Planning Your Own Funeral," and "Living Beyond Depression."
Discerning God's Will
Location: Room M218
Facilitators: Lynn Purdum, Bob Cramer, David Straut, Peter deVries
All Christians seek to discern God's will for their lives. We will follow "Crazy Love" as our guide and study scripture to learn ways to listen for and follow God's will in our lives.
Small Group Bible Study
Location: Parlor
Facilitators: Gorrell and Katharine Cheek, Lisa Mateboer, Eric Sheridan and Kent Walker
We seek to continue to grow in our knowledge of and love of God as we study John MacArthur’s “Romans: Grace, Truth and Redemption.” Our group will explore the great truths of the gospel of grace and seek to connect Paul’s teaching to our everyday lives. The small group Bible study is open to anyone who would like to join us; we welcome everyone. Just pop in and give us a try. Each class is structured to stand on its own so that parishioners can come when they can.
Bible Workbench
Dates: Various Sundays
Location: Blue Room
Leader: The Rev. Verdery Kerr
We will focus on one of next Sunday’s assigned Bible readings. This approach to Scripture considers a passage carefully, then explores where and how we see the blessings and challenges of that reading in the world now, individually, and in everyday life.
