Faith and Fellowship: Young Adult Sunday School Class Location: The Parlor The class will discuss the Sunday readings and how they apply to our everyday lives. We hope to build a community of faith, fellowship and outreach, and invite everyone in their 20’s to mid 30’s to attend.
Small Group Bible Study Location: M218 Facilitators: Bob Cramer, John Culbertson, Peter deVries, and Angie Shoff This fall we dive into reading and discussing "The Hole in Our Gospel" by Richard Stearns. This is a story of how a corporate CEO faced his own struggle to obey God whatever the cost, and his passionate call for Christians to change the world by actively living out their faith. Using his own journey as an example in this book, Richard Stearns, former Parker Brothers executive and Lennox CEO, explores the hole that exists in our understanding of the Gospel. Two thousand years ago, twelve people changed the world. All are welcome to participate in our discussions about how it can all happen again.
