Outreach and Missions at Christ Church A Place for Service: Christ Church will continue to build on its tradition as a parish focused on effective outreach, mission and servant leadership, following the teachings of Jesus Christ. We believe that one of our strengths as a parish is our commitment to Outreach and Mission. Our goal is 100% participation in outreach by Christ Church parishioners. The Rev. Marty Hedgpeth, Associate Rector, and Aimee Norman, full-time Director of Outreach and Mission, and the Outreach and Missions Commission work together to provide meaningful outreach opportunities, seek to equip all volunteer ministries and strive to involve parishioners of all ages. We desire to serve as Christ's hands and feet in our community, nation and world. Outreach and Mission opportunities at Christ Church, in the community, our nation and the world are in endless supply. We believe in sharing both our time and our financial resources with the greater world. Outreach opportunities are varied; they can be weekly, monthly, once yearly, self-scheduled, done from home, done at a community agency, done at Christ Church, shared with a Bible Study, shared with your children, and may occur at all times during the day or week. We are committed to helping you find the right outreach ministry. We welcome your questions and look forward to your involvement.
