Time To Get Organized

GOODNEWS wants to help you get Organized! School, Panther Games, Bible Study, Book Club, Garden Club, Volunteer Commitments, are all starting again and you need to get them on your calendar! What better way than to use a momAgenda! This planner features a week-at-a-glance format with space for mom and up to four children, allowing moms to manage multiple schedules with ease. New Merchandise
This month we are featuring Gracewear Collection and its Shield of Faith design (representing God's protection, mercy and grace). We face new battles in life every day and from every direction, and this beautiful jewelry collection, inspired by Ephesians 6:13-18, is a beautiful literal reminder to armor ourselves with God's word in order to protect all that is held dear to the heart. Just back from market, we also have many new items to make the most of this new season including beautiful new handbags to swing into fall, new mom agendas and me agendas to organize the onset of activities after the summer lull and much much more. Did you say football? Panthers season is here and we have tailgate accessories and scarves to get the spirit going! Finally, don't forget to stop in for book club and bible study materials.

GoodNews the shop@Christ Church has a wonderful volunteer opportunity for someone to help us keep our records in order! Are you skilled in Quickbooks POS and/or Quickbooks Financial? If so, we are looking for your help on a flexible and/or on-call basis. This would be a great way to use your skills to give back to the community! The Good News Shop is a mission of the Episcopal Church Women of Christ Church. As a private, nonprofit organization, the Shop donates all of its sales proceeds toward grants to worthy nonprofit initiatives focused on the needs of women and children in the local community and abroad. The Good News Shop's main objective is to maximize profits in order to fund these initiatives. In its 34-year-old history, it has donated $500,000 to outreach programs. The Shop also serves as a ministry devoted to building community and fellowship and providing resources for programs at Christ Church.

Nestled inside Christ Church, The Good News Shop is adorned with ideal gifts for Christmas, birthdays and special events including Baptisms, Confirmation and graduations. We offer free gift wrapping, so this really is the place for your one-stop shopping! The most rewarding attribute about this shop is that 100% of proceeds go back into the community, which is so needed in today's economy. We proudly feature books, cards, candles, lotions, jewelry, handbags, hats, decorative pillows, baby and children gifts, tabletop accessories, men's accessories, crosses, paper products, linens, food items and kitchen accessories.
