Get Involved in Christ Church through Community Groups

Foyer Groups (Supper Clubs) - The French word, foyer, means a hearth or fireside, suggesting a small group, relaxed, open, and accepting to one another. Foyers groups are ten to twelve people who meet in each other’s homes once a month for a simple meal and relaxed conversation. Foyer Groups are formed annually through a dinner at the church in the fall and spring.

Bridge Tuesdays - Meets the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m., from September - May with lunch served at 12:30 p.m. Please make reservations for your table of four, no later than noon on Friday before the following Tuesday game. The cost is $6 per person.  

Wednesday Bridge – Come to play and learn each Wednesday night after Wednesday Night Dinner.  Bridge starts at 6:45 and is held in the Gathering Space.

Men’s Fellowship -  All men of Christ Church are invited to be part of this group which focuses on issues confronting them, fellowship, prayer and study. The group convenes the first Friday of the month at 7:00 a m with breakfast ($6). There are also smaller groups for men throughout each week.

Prayer Guild - Study designed to help prayer become more meaningful. Time is set aside for intercessory prayer each month. Meets the first Monday of each month at 11:00 am from October to May in St. Frances B.

Monday Morning Bible Study - The goal of this Bible Study is to seek a clearer understanding of God's revelation of himself in Jesus through his words and actions that are recorded in the Old and New Testament. This class meets every Monday from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm in Room 206 from October to May.

Relationship Guild - The women participating in the Relationship Guild invite you to join us as we study the Book of Isaiah. We begin with a broad overview of the Old and New Testaments, and then follow with an in depth study of Isaiah. This guild meets on Thursday mornings, 9:30 – 11:30 am.

Deborah Book Guild - A theme in literature/authors is chosen in May for the. Meetings begin with devotions, and a different book is reviewed each month. Meets the first Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am from October through May. The Deborah Guild rotates meet in participant's homes.

Serendipity Guild - This  guild is composed of mothers of school-aged children (grades K-12) interested in fellowship, prayer, support and sharing ideas for living a balanced Christian life. Every month a book is chosen for discussion or a speaker of interest that focuses on spiritual growth, family enrichment, or Christian values in a small group setting. Meets the second Wednesday of each month at 9:30 am, from September to May in participant's homes.
