Pilgrimages for Adults

A pilgrimage is a meaningful journey to a sacred place.

It provides the opportunity to step out of the non-stop busyness of our lives, perhaps to seek a time of quiet and reflection. A pilgrimage also allows us to enjoy the company of others we meet on the road, and to reconnect with our cultural heritage and the natural world. It can be a way to refresh our faith or seek spiritual direction.

Christ Church offers pilgrimage experiences to a variety of destinations. We invite you to journey with us.

Camino de Santiago, Spain | May 13 - 23, 2022

Join fellow Christ Church travelers for a pilgrimage to Spain, where we will walk between 10 – 15 miles each day on the ancient pilgrimage route of the Camino de Santiago (or the Way of St. James). This pilgrimage has a rich history rooted in the Christian faith. As one of the three central pilgrimages in Christianity, pilgrims from all over the world travel the Camino de Santiago, offering a deeply spiritual experience to many.
