Welcome to Men's Ministry at Christ Church. 

We gather for fellowship, spiritual learning, and community outreach, and we're always open to newcomers. Throughout the year we offer a wide variety of programs and events, so whether you're looking to dip your toe in or dive deeper, we hope you'll join us. All opinions and life stages are welcome. 

Men's Midweek Bible Study

Wednesdays, 7 - 8 am (currently via Zoom)
Leaders: Craig Cmiel, David Dean, Jon Kocmond and Christ Church Clergy
This Bible Study creates an opportunity for men to gather weekly and develop a deeper understanding of their faith. We rotate through God’s Word, Jesus’ teachings, and the Holy Spirit on a quarterly basis. The format involves prayer, weekly readings, historical narrative, education, and group discussion. All men are welcome to join, at any time, for learning and fellowship. Register here »

Men's BIG breakfasts

Join us on the first Wednesday morning of each month as we take a deeper dive into what makes life BIG, especially for men. We will explore topics with clergy, peers and community leaders. Breakfast is catered by Andersons; donations to cover the cost are gratefully accepted. No RSVP required - All are welcome and invite a friend! Contact Scott Griffin 704-905-8692 or with questions.

Outdoors & Hiking Ministry

We organize hikes and camping trips, from half a day to several days in length. These outings are a great way to stay in shape, see nature, and make new friends.

Men’s Hike at Crowder's Mountain
3rd Wednesday each month, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (7:00 AM in summer months)

Silver Bullet Exercise Group

Men meet on Saturday mornings at 7:00 AM in the Church parking lot for a quick boot-camp style workout. Men of all ages are welcome. Enjoy an easy workout and fellowship in the name of Christ. Contact David Anderson, 704-499-3277, .

In January, 2020 the men's annual retreat was held at Valle Crucis Conference Center in Banner Elk, NC. Men's Service Days at the Galilee Center

Make a difference at the Galilee Center and in our community! Join the Men’s Ministry as they volunteer at the Galilee Center this fall. Service work includes painting, landscaping, and performing minor property repairs on the second Saturday of the month from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM. All skill levels are welcome.
