During the school year, high school students meet in small groups at church members' homes. Youth and their adult leaders share meaningful conversations about how faith and life intersect.
If you are not currently engaged with our Life Group and would like to be, please come with a friend, or contact Alice deVries at to get connected.

Youth Council is a leadership opportunity for high school students to serve the Church community through a variety of ways while deepening their relationship with God and each other. All high school students are invited to apply!
Below are some of the leadership roles Youth Council served this past year:
- Served on the 2018-2019 Youth Commission
- Hosted the All Youth Fall Kick-Off in September
- Served at Loaves and Fishes for Serve-a-bration in November
- Organized the Middle School Dance while collecting over 200 books for Julia's Cafe which helps fund Habitat for Humanity
- Hosted Room in the Inn together in March
- Participated in all aspects of Youth Sunday in April
- Assisted at Faith Talks, Life Group and All Youth Sunday School events throughout the year
Youth Council has built a close-knit community at our monthly meetings where we share a meal together, have meaningful conversations and plan our next events.
We are so grateful to our youth leaders for their active involvement in our parish-wide events. Adult leaders are Steve Garbee, Sylvia Wood, and Alice deVries.
Each year in June, 10th grade pilgrims and leaders set out on a journey to reflect on one's relationship with God, self, and other. In the past Pilgrimages have been to Canada, Alaska, Belize, Wales, Ireland, Camino de Santiago and Croatia.
This year, 23 students and 4 leaders were going to Camino de Santiago Spain June 11-19, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 virus, the pilgrimage has been postponed. The new dates are June 13-21, 2021. We are planning on taking a combined group of 10th and 11th graders on the same Pilgrimage. Those who were not able to go this year are more than welcome to go in 2021!
More information will be coming for the Pilgrimage in June 2021. We hope your child can join us!
